- Measurable Results: You'll be provided multiple ways to measure your progress in coaching so you know you've made a wise investment. You can also choose to end coaching at any point.
- Quality Coaching: Coaching is a set of skills the coach uses to guide a client to make effective, sustainable change. I have the skills and training to support you in making sustainable change you aspire to. The term "coach" is used in many context. Some people refer to themselves as coaches even if they don't have any formal training or certification process. I have been trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, an accredited coach training program by the International Coach Federation. I have also completed coaching certification is Nutrition, Cancer Prevention, Strategic Intervention and Divorce Prevention.
- I am also trained in Motivational Interviewing: Motivational Interviewing is a client-centered counseling approach that aims to elicit and strengthen a person's own motivation and commitment to change behaviors. It involves empathetic listening, asking open-ended questions, and providing affirmations and reflections to help individuals overcome ambivalence and increase their readiness to change.

You also have access to an online coaching platform where you access your appointments, notes from appointments, resources and an online journal.
